Registration Information

Mandatory rosters and medical forms must be received no later than June 1^st 2009.

Registration fee is $1,250.00 before May 1^st and $1,350.00 after May 1^st. The registration fee includes fees for the referees.

No refunds will be issued after June 1^st

If our tournament is shortened due to inclement weather no refunds will be issued.
