Who we are:

Robert Anderson is a 1995 graduate of Yorktown High School where he was a stand out lacrosse and football player. He won three high school state championships one in lacrosse and two in football. He was named athlete of the month for Westchester County in October of 1994 and state playoff defensive football player of the year. He attended Albany University where he was an All Conference NEC football player and helped Albany win two conference championships his four years at the university.

He is currently a science teacher for the Pelham Central School District and coaches lacrosse in Pelham, as well as, youth lacrosse in Byram Hills. Robert is also co-director for the Sports Barn Bombers summer league teams. 

As the director of Make The Cut Speed and Strength Training he has helped to produce high school lacrosse All Americans and currently has a number of division I lacrosse players and high school stars as clients.
 
Jeff Fritz was a three sport athlete at East Meadow H.S. where he made All-County his senior year in lacrosse. He was a 3x Division 1 All-American in college, and went on to play for many years on the club and professional level in both the indoor and outdoor game.

He has been inducted into the East Meadow H.S. and Long Island/Metro Lacrosse Hall of Fame. Upon moving into the Westchester area from Long Island he started the Byram Hills Youth Lacrosse League and has coached a number of the boys and girls teams over the last 12 years. He was the head coach for the Hudson Valley U-13 team in 2003 and 2004. Jeff has coached the Byram Hills Varsity Boys lacrosse team for the last 5 years.
